DRAFT ONLY! This version is not satisfactory. There are several problems:

• My scanner is acting up, with uneven carriage movement. The result looks like this:
  I only noticed this after scanning all the pages. Need to solve and redo from the beginning.
  Since I suspect this may involve getting a new, better scanner, it may take a while.
  Hence posting this draft copy now.
• The printed dot matrix printer program listings are quite faint, and need to be colour-scaled darker.
  Btw, the original listings are skewed like that. It's not a scanning artefact.
• Need to fix the light blue (screened) shaded color area on page 12, also to not mess up the color-table 'white' for that image.
• I didn't get the page margins right from the start, so there's an odd/even side offset plus a few other framing glitches.
• Final ver would be better scaled to 1200px wide.
• I just acquired some more urgent chores, so have to put this aside for now. Sorry about the poor quality.
